How do you help reduce sickness in our centre?

We go beyond a cleaning schedule, our Hygiene Excellence Program targets high-touch areas (toilet handles, taps, door handles, toys) and includes hospital-grade disinfection to reduce the spread of bacteria and viruses.

Do you meet Ministry of Education requirements?

Yes — our cleaning schedules are built to align with ECE regulations and can be customised to meet your specific compliance needs.

What happens if something is missed or there’s an issue?

We use digital inspection tools and WhatsApp groups for quick communication. If something isn’t right, we act fast to fix it.

Do you work outside our opening hours?

Yes — cleaning is typically done after hours so children aren’t disrupted. Day cleans and touch-ups are available on request.

Can you supply consumables like toilet paper and soap?

Yes — we can bundle consumables with your cleaning service, saving you time and ensuring you never run short.

Do you do deep cleans during school holidays?

Yes — many centres book carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and full disinfecting services during holidays.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on the size of your centre, number of bathrooms/classrooms, and frequency of cleaning. We’ll give you a tailored proposal after a walkthrough.

Are your cleaners police-checked?

Yes — all JAN-PRO franchisees pass background checks and child-safe training before working in preschools.
